Round The World Tickets
Special September fares for RTW tickets
It’s September, folks – I know, I can’t believe it, either – and for the kids in my neck of the woods that means it’s back-to-school time. I think as a kid I hated September, because it meant an end to those carefree summer days, but when I look back I realize how easy I had it back then. If you’re having trouble facing the reality of the end of your school days and the beginning of (gasp!) real life, then that’s the perfect excuse to put off the work world a bit longer with a RTW trip.
You may not need anything but the slightest temptation to book yourself a RTW airline ticket and hit the road, but just in case you do, I’m here to help with BootsnAll’s RTW airfare deals for September. This month we have an Asian adventure that starts and ends in San Francisco, a trip from Los Angeles that’ll show you the highlights of the South Pacific, and a continent-hopping itinerary from L.A. which includes South America, Africa and Asia. Enticing, yes? I thought so.
Here are the September RTW ticket deals – these prices are good through September 30, 2008.
- San Francisco – Singapore – Saigon / Ho Chi Minh – surface – Hanoi – Luang Phrabang – Angkor Wat (Siem Reap) – Bangkok – Xian – surface – Beijing – Tokyo – San Francisco from US$1799 (plus taxes)
- Los Angeles – Nadi (Fiji) – Auckland – Sydney – Bali (Denpasar) – Hong Kong – Los Angeles from US$2099 (plus taxes)

And if these itineraries don’t tickle your fancy completely, that doesn’t mean you have to twiddle your thumbs until next month’s deals come out – start planning your own customized RTW trip in seconds and hit just the cities you want.
